These are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t find the answer you require here, please feel free to contact us.

Once you have completed the checkout process online, you are automatically re-directed to our artwork upload page. On this page, you will be able to upload your own designs/logos/images.

There is also a File Upload link on the home page that you can use to send us your files.

Alternatively if you prefer, we are happy to accept artwork via emails, Wetransfer or Dropbox links.

If you want to use our simple free design service. Simply email us your design specification along with your order number and we shall send you a design proof for approval.

You can give us your artwork in any of these formats: EPS, JPEG, PDF, AI, PSD.

Artwork Size and Resolutions: Artwork can be designed at full size @ 150dpi or half size @ 300 dpi.

Please bear in mind we print all designs in CMYK, so colour shifts can occur when designs are supplied in RGB format.

Please convert all fonts to outlines.

We will match colours as close as possible but some print processes may result in slight colour changes. Colours will not always print exactly as they appear on your computer monitor so please let us know if you have specific colour shades.

We recommend not placing any critical artwork/text within 5cms of any edge. Bleed of 25mms should be added to height and width

Yes, we can arrange collections from our production unit.

Yes, we are happy to post to direct to your customers. Just let us know and we shall send it plain wrapped.

All invoices are sent electronically.

We offer to do simple designs for Free for all of our customers.

If you would like to use this service simply reply to your order confirmation or send us an email to info@bigvaluebanners.co.uk and let us know the information you require not forgetting to include any pictures or logos you want us to incorporate.

If you have any particular colours/fonts, just let us know. We will then prepare your artwork and email a proof for your approval prior to printing.

Yes, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Yes, we will always send a digital proof that needs to be approved before we start printing your order.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

We can also accept cheques, but please be aware that we cannot process orders until payment has been cleared.

Full payment is required in advance of printing.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (some stands and large orders may sometimes take longer). If you are in a rush, contact us and we may be able to offer an Express Service.

Once dispatched, all UK orders will be put on a Next Working day courier service with TNT.

Full tracking details will be sent to you, once your order has left us.

We can also dispatch on timed/Saturday services, but please contact us to discuss before placing your order.

As standard, we eyelet the banners in all corners and then roughly every 50/60cms around all edges.

If you have specific requirements, please let us know.

Bleed of 25mms should be added to height and width.

Any order damaged in transit must be reported immediately by signing the delivery note “Damaged on arrival”.

If the delivery note is signed without the comment “Damaged on arrival” we cannot be held responsible for damages in transit.

You will need to inspect your order immediately on delivery and if there are shortages or any problems at all with the order, you need to notify us within 24hrs after the time of delivery.

We aim to dispatch all our banners/mesh banners/self adhesive vinyl orders within 2 working days of receiving a completed order.

If you need your banner faster than this, we’ll do our best to help you, but please contact us before completing your order.

We can offer same day and next day dispatch services.

Please contact us for delivery times on banner frames/foamex and correx orders as this can vary, though all orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days.
