Scaffold Sign Boards

Our scaffold sign boards are UV printed direct to 5mm Foamex to give extra durability!

  • Printed on 5mm Foamex
  • 30inch x 20inch – Designed and cut to fit our scaffold frames. If you need other sizes, just let us know.
  • High Resolution Full Colour Print – Single or Double Sided Print is available!
  • UV Print Direct to Boards – Scratch Resistant UV Inks for extra durability.
  • Contour cut to shape.
  • Printed with a matt finish as standard
  • Suitable for indoor or outdoor use
  • Lightweight and easy to install – Flexible and durable, can be stuck, screwed, nailed or riveted to any suitable surface

We offer a free design service; just let us know your design requirements and we will put a proof together for approval prior to print.

Your sign design is printed in high resolution of full colour so you will receive a professionally finished product that is suitable for outdoor use.

The boards are printed single sided on to 5mm Foamex, so are more sturdy than the cheap Correx panels, which can blow out in the wind. You can also fit two 5mm boards back to back in the frames to allow for a double sided advert.

Artwork

Once you have complete the checkout process, you will be redirected to a page where you can send us your design/design requirements. We will then send you a design proof via email for approval prior to us printing your order. Your order will not be processed until we have approved artwork.

You can give us your artwork in any of these formats: EPS, JPEG, PDF, AI, PSD.

Artwork Size and Resolutions: Artwork can be designed at full size @ 150dpi or half size @ 300 dpi.  

Please bear in mind we print all designs in CMYK, so colour shifts can occur when designs are supplied in RGB format.  

Please convert all fonts to outlines.  

We will match colours as close as possible but some print processes may result in slight colour changes. Colours will not always print exactly as they appear on your computer monitor so please let us know if you have specific colour shades.  

We recommend not placing any critical artwork/text within 5cms of any edge. Bleed of 25mms should be added to height and width
